We encourage you to notify us immediately after purchase, if you are dissatisfied with science score product for any reason. We are keen to ensure that our customers are delighted (not just satisfied) and we will therefore immediately look into the situation that has caused the dis-satisfaction and strive to take quick remedial measures or refund your money.

Once paid subscribers successfully log-in and start accessing Science Score content on the web, no refund requests will be generally entertained beyond 24 hours after purchase of subscription. However, the company at its sole discretion will allow refunds on a genuine case-to-case basis. The refund request must be sent to refund@sciencescore.com with the subject line stating “REFUND REQUEST” citing the reasons clearly and confirming that, if any program/s is/are downloaded from our website, to be completely deleted from the customer's system.

Refunds will be made by cheque only. Refunds will not be issued by cash. Refunds are subject to a small processing fee of $10.
