Unlike many sites where users hardly comment upon, we are delighted to receive continuous feedback from kids. So far we have received nearly 1000+ comments from kids. Often this serves as a source of motivation for us to strive and work hard to remove bugs, deliver feature enhancements and provide superior experience to users.

We want our users to feel delighted using Science Score.  That is why when we get a customer note, our customer service team will immediately respond and take action, wherever required.  Timely response and timely resolution of issues, has been our obsession.  We have endeavoured to clear most customer queries within 24 hours and want to improve that response time even further in the future.  But better still, we don’t want customers writing to us with an issue, but writing to us with a flowing compliment and a glowing testimonial.  We want our users to turn into evangelists.

We have been trying out a variety of Poskey actions for quite some time now and testing with kids to see their response.  Due to some technical glitches we had to remove these actions, but now we have put them back.  We have now integrated 8 new actions in the chat panel.    So go ahead and check out the actions by clicking the actions button in the chat panel inside Science Score virtual world.
